Would highly recommend this store . All staff was so friendly and knew their products very well . Jenny who helped us nothing was too much trouble showing us the mattress and pillows . Excellent service . Can't wait for our new bed to arrive 😴😴

Samantha helped with our previous order for our bedroom. Our son required a new bed and due to his height, Samantha advised that possibly a Kingsize bed would be better due to his height. The bed is a Christmas present from his Grandmother and she wanted him to have a good bed to sleep in and this is the type choose.

Time taken to run through product offering, time left alone to think through choice. The colleague (Jag) was well trained and good at his job.

Sam was very informative without being pushy and she understood when we needed some time just to chat between the 2 of us. She really helped us to identify what we needed and probably made us spend more money than we intended too haha. I think I can safely say that Sam made the sale for you.

Over the past 4 to 5 weeks the Assistants at the Brierley Hill branch have been very helpful. They’ve made the experience a lot easier with their knowledge of what to choose, Bedframes, Bases, Mattresses, Quilt, Mattress Protectors and Pillows. Excellent Customer Care/Service given each time when visiting the store.

Having sold my car several weeks ago, I had been working on using the cash to get a new bed. My partner was reluctant - he is the sort who wants to make do, having suggested MDF extensions to our old bed frame to increase it from a king to a super king!!! It had taken me some time to ACTUALLY get him back into a Dreams Bed Store (previously visited one in Hull - again excellent). Kelly was fantastic, really enthusiastic about the products and gave my partner the confidence to even go as far as to get himself a new Tempur Pillow - the height of extravagance! Little did we know at the time, we all shared a very special experience... my partner feels that this purchase marks a significant change to our relationship...I actually think this is as close to a ring that I'm going to get!! :-) So, no car, no ring but an amazing bed! I cant wait to get it. Many thanks Kelly - you were my almost bridesmaid.

It was all about the sales guy, heard bad things about Dreams and didn’t want to go in to be honest, your guy changed all that
