After delaying our original shopping trip due to the floods in Worcester we visited the Brierley Hill store last week. We were looking for a king-size bed to go into our new home and we were thrilled with the assistance we received from Sam and Abs in the store. They took their time to show us a selection of possible mattresses and frames and were able to find us an amazing deal within our budget. We can't wait to get our bed delivered in a couple of weeks. Amazing customer service and would highly recommend.

The knowledge and friendliness of Abs (Abdula) whilst he was serving us and offer many different kinds of coffee. He was a good salesman.

When initially purchasing the mattress I received great customer service, Daniela was very helpful. We have purchased from the shop before and dealt with the same person. Unfortunately I did have a problem with my mattress because I didn't realise the one I had chosen was so tall (38cm)! When it was delivered we quickly realised it was too big for the bed. The delivery drivers had taken the packaging away without checking with us so I did initially try to contact the driver to see if I could get it back to cover the mattress but didn't receive a response. I visited the store and a lovely man called Abs helped me to rectify the problem and find an alternative mattress to exchange it for. He was very helpful and helped to organise the exchange quickly. Obviously I was really disappointed to have to pay the £187 fee for making the mistake when the mattress had only been delivered a couple of hours earlier which was a shame but I had to do it and I can't fault the customer service people I dealt with. I know in future to check the height when buying a new mattress!

The staff were amazing especially Jenny she really went above and beyond to ensure I got the product I was looking for. I have an extensive back and neck injury from body building in the past which means my mattress and pillow are of the highest importance to me. Jenny really took the time to help me and I felt she really listened to me. She had patience and is a real credit to your company!
