Customer assistant Dee was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us pick a mattress which was right for us and let us take time to discuss and think without putting any pressure on us to make a purchase.

Have purchased a bed from this store before, which is why we went back. The selection of beds and mattresses is good. To have the bed that works out the right mattress and support type specific to you is invaluable.

She gave the right balance of understanding my needs, giving information, providing options and giving me space to compare products and make my choice without being constantly by my side. I needed information about the different mattress types. Abs was really helpful and knowledgable and recommended different mattress’ in very different price ranges. Really comfortable to talk to him and then called my son - as the mattress was for him - and Abs went through all the options with him. Really nice to go somewhere where a sales person was friendly and had time to help us. Thank You!

We were not hounded as soon as we walked into the store. As soon as we were ready dealt with in a friendly but profeshional manner. Time was taken to ensure our correct needs were met.
