Dreams - Brierley Hill

My sister and I were shopping for a bed for her. We had previously visited another bed store where we came away feeling we knew nothing more about beds than when we had gone in. At Dreams, Kelly, explained everything really simply, letting us try out many different beds, giving us an appraisal on each one.

Helpful assistance. Kelly showed me the utmost courtesy. I chose the mattress to suit me. She suggested a mattress cover and pillow. Very satisfied. My sister intends to follow suit.

We were met & made to feel welcome as soon as we entered the store. Kelly, the sales person, asked us what we required, then put us on the mattress matching system to evaluate the type of mattress that would suit. She then took us round the store identifying the appropriate mattresses & giving us time to lie on each one to identify our preference, which entailed us going back & forth a few times. At no time did we feel under pressure to make a decision or to buy a particular mattress. The process of ordering the chosen mattress & agreeing a suitable delivery date was simple & carried out efficiently. The whole experience was enjoyable, good fun & the manager even gave us some chocolates along with a beverage each. If looking for a mattress we would 100% recommend this branch of dreams.

Lady covered everything i needed to no as i have big problem with my spine was offered drink was always attentive of my needs went over and above very satisfied

We had an idea of what we wanted but were so pleased that Abs and Jag took the time to explain about all of the beds, giving us time to try them and then recommending the sleep experience machine - so patient and very knowledgeable about the beds, we didn't feel any pressure to purchase which makes you feel relaxed

Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. I didn’t realise there was so many different mattresses and pillows and I was helped to pick the correct one for me I’m extremely satisfied
