Great customer service from the manager

We were greeted almost as soon as we entered the store by a friendly assistant (Dee), who went on to find out exactly what we were looking for and why. She took time to explain the different products and what she considered would best suit our needs. Dee gave us time to test each product and answered any questions we had. We could not fault the service we had today.

We visited the store at a very quiet time of day. The staff were available and immediately asked if we required any assistance. Dee, who served us was really helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. We also managed to find a guest bed that we liked which we will purchase at a later date.

The assistant Sam was extremely helpful and we were very impressed with her professionalism and the amount of help and advice that she gave.

Lovely staff and a very warm welcome into the store

We were greeted when we entered the store by Abs who was extremely friendly and happy to help us choose the right mattress and bed for us. He showed us a range of mattresses in the styles we liked whilst also helping us stick to a budget. Kelly was also really helpful and friendly. We never once felt pressured into buying anything. we also had a great laugh with them both, so thank you both for your superb service!!

Customer service was excellent from Jag really impressed

Made the mistake of ordering mattresses on line (2 in last 12 months). Because of the pain I was experiencing I decided to visit Dreams at Brierley Hill. I was assessed, advised what type of mattress was best suited to my needs, shown various mattresses, never rushed, and felt I was being listened to. The fact I can exchanged the product between 30/40 days if I’m not happy is also fantastic. The staff there are absolutely lovely.

Manager and his colleague Sam were both extremely helpful and friendly. Sam also make a very good coffee. My 16 year old daughter also commented on how lovely they both were
