Abs and Jenny were fantastic providing us with a very personable service. Abs spent time with us assessing our needs and explaining our options with no bias towards products on sale. He had a brilliant customer approach which made us feel like we weren’t been rushed to make a decision and he was on hand with honest advice. We were even offered drinks which was a lovely touch. Can honestly say we found this to be the best experience of a sales team we have ever had and would definitely recommend to friends and family. We will certainly choose this store again for our future requirements. Abs and Jenny are a real credit to your company.

Nothing was too much trouble. We entered the store 15 mins before closing but were given all the attention as if it was the middle of the day.

Good choice of sofabeds good quality, staff very good gave us plenty of information and demonstrate of how the sofa beds work

This is our second mattress purchased from Dreams, we had a lovely sales assistant called Heather who spent a good amount of time with us and made sure we purchased the correct product we were looking for, she also managed to give us a big discount and get the mattress down the our maximum budget we could afford. She was brilliant :)

I only popped into the store to browse as I was thinking of changing my bed. Jenny was so engaging that I ended up placing an order with her. She was really friendly and I didn’t feel at all rushed as I tried out the various types of mattress or went through the different type of bed bases
