Dreams - Brierley Hill

this was our third visit to dreams for purchasing a bed ,and definitely we will be returning,service could not be bettered.

Excellent staff with good knowledge of items and our needs.

A special thank you to Abs at the Brierley Hill Store for being so helpful. We had an issue with the Credit Check company who we were told would not be able to give us an answer for five working days. Abs was not happy with this and called the company to ask them to speed up the process as we were only visiting the city that day. He did not get the answer he wanted from the company and as a result was very apologetic and explained that we would have to wait the five days, and also mentioned that his boss was unhappy with this answer as well. Abs gave us the duvet we were after for free as compensation for the negative experience, and it was a lovely gesture. Abs kept me updated about the order and when I called a few days later after receiving confirmation that the credit check was successful, another member of staff helped us complete the order. Overall, this was some of the best customer service I have experienced and will choose Dreams for future purchases as a result. Please pass along my thanks to the store staff, and Abs in particular!

Staff were always on hand to help with any information we needed and were not pushy about selling you anything and left you alone to browse and they made a great cup of coffee albeit out of a machine

Very pleased with the range of products, also pleased with the approach of the staff. Her knowledge of the product was realy good. She anawered any questions we had with authority. Overall a good shopping excpirence.

Served by Kelly. Although I was looking to buy a mattress, if I don't rate the person serving I always go elsewhere but Kelly was great to buy from. I would be very happy if she was on my team. A good balance of product knowledge, great humour but still keeping the right attitude and professionalism towards a customer who was looking to spend a fair amount of money.

The assistant was very knowledgeable about the products and answered our questions easily. The products were well presented and we were able to test them as well

Jenny was a great help from the moment we walked through the door. She took our budget into consideration recommended the right mattress after making us use a machine in the shop which told us which mattress was best for the two of us. Very quick and easy experience. Bed has arrived and looks great also extremely comfortable. Thank you Jenny
