Fantastic experience I’m disabled person and the staff and Dee the assistant who looked after me made my husband and myself very welcome,they catered for all my needs and sorted me a fantastic bed and mattress,looking forward to my delivery.

Welcoming staff, they knew lots about the product and made recommendations.

Staff were alert and informative. They explained the layout of the store and where to find appropriate beds. They were attentive but not over bearing leaving us with time to try out a range and make choices.

Very friendly colleague helped us, made us feel welcome and even helped to entertain our 4yr old son whilst we were trying out the beds.

I've used this store on a number of occasions. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

There was plenty of choice. Staff explained in detail any questions I asked. I was shown items that were reduced as well as full price beds/headboards. I was offered a drink on arrival and given one when I completed the transaction.

Both colleagues I dealt with were highly professional and helpful. Gave me lots of info and facts that were apt to my needs. All spoken in a simply easy way to understand. Both advised of points in purchasing and what I would need to do to execute a speedy installation. Great hot chocolate too!!

We found Kelly - the salesperson - to be extremely friendly and welcoming, whilst remaining completely knowledgeable and professional at all times. She answered all of our questions, to our satisfaction, and showed us all available options, so that we were able to buy in complete confidence that we had made the right choice - both in product and supplier. Oh, and she even made us a coffee(!) It was only at the end of the transaction that we discovered that she was relatively new.
