The sales person took the time to really listen to my concerns 're my mother who needs a new safe and secure bed after a fall from her current one. I felt that the advice I was offered was specifically tailored to my needs and felt secure that the bed i was ordering would meet my needs

We came into dreams with a very low budget thinking that we wouldn’t be able to get a mattress anywhere near as good quality as the one we got. The service we received wasn’t pushy at all like in all the other shops we’d visited. We both felt like our budget was respected and we were very well informed with all our options and we’re given plenty of time to decide on which mattress to pick. It was the hottest day of the year, maybe not the best day to pick a bed however, Kelly made it as smooth as possible helping us make the right decision for us with the help of the sleep machine. We were offered cold drinks as soon as we entered the store and again throughout our visit by both Kelly and her manager who was also helpful and friendly.

The service was second to none and Kelly was excellent and listened to my needs

Abs was a lovely man who really helped us find the bed we needed.
