Fab customer service, very knowledgable staff & a great bed test to find our perfect mattress.

I was very pleased with the quality of the service from the store worker. From the outset he made me feel comfortable as this was the first time I had to buy a bed in years. He had a good friendly attitude and on that day it was very HOT indeed and he made sure I was comfortable when trying the different beds. All in all a very good service.

Very helpful, no pressure , allowed plenty of time to test beds .

Greeted by friendly staff, all questions answered, good professional advice, left alone at relevant times to discuss privately as a couple, able to try out beds/mattresses in store.

we were treated with respect had a laugh with the staff, offered coffee. we felt we were not rushed advice given was exact, we were very impressed all round, i even managed to get a ciggarette from manager. all round perfect experience. we would definately go back there in future.and reccomend to anyone

The staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly, happy, and easy to talk to, answering any questions and making you feel like you matter...i i owned a shop id want these people as my staff....cant praise them enough...the manager even gave the wife a ciggy..after her cuppa...they need a pay rise...well done

Very attentative

Everyone was really friendly and went out of their way to help, they listened to me as a customer and took their time. I was shopping for my mother who recently was released from hospital, Jenny & Abs went out of their way to help measure the sleepmotion bed for me so that I could take those to a mobility store. They really went all out to ensure I had all the information I needed, knowing I wouldn't be buying but it didn't stop them delivering a great service. A TOP team who made you feel so welcome and go out of their way to help.
