Jenny and the rest of the team at Dreams were brilliant. Very friendly and welcoming and had an excellent knowledge if the products and were very quick at understanding my needs. My sincere thanks and gratitude go to Jenny and all the team for a pleasurable experience.

Jenny the Assistant Manager who helped us had a very extensive knowledge of the product we were looking for and allowed us time and space to try the mattresses and decide which one we wanted. We were offered a coffee and she made us feel very comfortable with no pressure.

I knew what I wanted, although the exact item was not available the assistant was able to make informed suggestions about an alternative. Also she was very friendly.

I needed a divan single bed with storage. I was told of all storage beds and the different kinds of storage options. The staff were kind and explained all details and different options for all questions asked.

I went to replace a bed as my son had moved out and taken his bed ! I wanted a bed, mattress quilt and pillows there and then to take away , the gentleman on shop floor was amazing! Within half an hour i had everything i needed at an amazing price in the back of husbands van ready to go !!! As a store manager myself the service we received was outstanding in every way

I had been to many bed shops and dreams was the most helpful . The lady who helped me at the brierley hill store gave me time alone to think about what I wanted and also helped when I needed it . I loved the sleep analysis machine and ended up Picking a mattress that it had suggested. Staff were all Friendly and helpful , really impressed .
