The sales assistant Kelly was extremely helpful showing us the various options available and taking me through the "comfort" tests. She was very pleasant and explained fully the prices of bases and mattresses and the comfort options available. Her manager was also very helpful and made sure that we were happy with the advice provided. All in all an excellent shopping experience.

Me and my partner went to the store initially to compare models to that of a next home bed and mattress we were considering to purchase We were greeted by Jay who was keen to help, and took us to a bed we had been interested in online After an initial chat to discuss our needs/budget, he quickly got to work on making the sale. We were taken to the mattress assessing machine, and Jay discussed our results, and took us through an in-depth education on mattress types and what that meant for us, in simple, straight forward terms. We then discussed budget and went back to a bed we were interested in. He was extremely knowledgeable, and had the right answers for all our questions, and made us feel like we were making an informed decision. Not pushy, not up selling, just plain English and very helpful information. Give the man a pay rise- genuinely a really good salesmen. I can confidently say without this encounter I wouldn’t of purchased a bed from dreams, and I’m very glad of it. To top it off Jay selected a mage was for us in the ex demo range explaining what we were getting for our money, and at the price I couldn’t say no. Big thanks to him.

From the moment we walked in Abs the manager greeted us who made us feel at ease. Didnt pressure us at all. Gave us options within our budgets and let us discuss alone. We were so happy with the staff and loved rhe products that we ended spendjng kore than our budget and take out finance. Staff are a credit to your company. Rhank you jenny and abs. We cant wait for our new comfy bed to arrive :-)

Very professional friendly staff. All staff were very knowledgable about the products and were happy to spend as much time as needed discussing advantages and disadvantages to ensure personal comfort.

As soon as me & my husband entered the store, we were greeted straight away by the staff which were very attentive & helpful throughout our whole experience. Our sales assistant was Kelly & although after admitting she was new to the business, was fantastic & polite & if didn’t know something was confident enough to ask another of member of staff. Being in sales myself, I seem to always try to find criticism with other sales people but I can honestly say the Brierley Hill store couldn’t of done any better- thank you! Mrs Weston x

I was highly satisfied with my purchase because I had the full support from members of staff at the store. The staff member called Jenny really helped me because she didn't mind spending time with me to pick the perfect mattress for me. Jenny wanted me to know what mattress was perfect for me so she had me lye down on a test bed which analysed my body shape and for the correct back support as I'm starting to suffer with it with my current mattress. Jenny was also very knowledgeable with all mattresses and told me how they are made and from what materials they are made from. I didn't feel pressured either to buying a mattress from that store. I am very happy with my purchase and can't wait for it to arrive.
