Dreams - Brierley Hill

I was highly satisfied because of my general visit of the store was brilliant. All of the staff were happy and cheerful, especially the woman who felt with myself and parents (Dee from the Brierly hill store). Everything was labeled and priced, also easy to navigate around, clean and found everything I was looking for at an affordable price. Brilliant store and if I need to get other products from my bedroom I'll definitely be heading to this store.

Really friendly and great value

All staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Especially Kelly who dealt with our sale. She recommended bedding and pillows, which was very helpful because there was a lot of choice. Although she had been there 3 weeks, she was very competent and professional and made our experience very relaxed and pleasant. Would definitely recommend!

The staff in the store (Abs, Dee and Jenny) went above and beyond to help us. They were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. We are very satisfied with our visit.

The colleague was extremely helpful and was happy to spend as much time as we wanted, as well as giving us chance to peruse and consider what we wanted. A great sense of humour as well. He explained everything in detail.
