Dreams - Brierley Hill

Dee spent time with us and we have a little boy who is being tested for autism. Dee went out of her way to play with Freddie and keep him occupied whilst we did the sleep match. Going out with Freddie can be quite hard and Dee (and her colleagues) kindness made this experience really easy and comfortable and I’m very grateful for that. We were really looked after not only as customers but as a family. We’ll be back for our eldest child’s new bed in the summer. Thank you Dee and the dreams team at Brierley Hill.

Friendly and helpful staff

We were looked after really well and nothing was too much trouble. Dee found and guided us to what we were looking for and was very knowledgeable about the selection available

The store assistant we had was Kelly, she was very pleasant and helpful. We were shopping for a mattress for our son and she recommended he went on the machine which assessed the support he needed from a mattress - it was amazing and from that he was able to choose the mattress which was comfortable for him. The ordering process was so easy and the overall experience was very relaxed and pleasant, would recommend anyone to pay them a visit.

We were served by Kelly and she was very helpful and gave us the information we were looking for. She went out of her way to help us decide which mattress we wanted.

Assistant pointed out what we wanted quickly with no hard sell and helped us with the accessories we wanted .

From the minute we stepped inside the store we were made welcome and felt ABs was going to do anything he could to help us . Nothing was too much bother , I’m very fussy about pillows and up to going to Dreams I’ve not found one in years that suits , he was brilliant finding one I’m so delighted with . Tried lots of beds and pillows lots of times he had great patience.

I was offered assistance as soon as I walked into the store. The assistant was helpful and informative but never pushy. I was given plenty of time to make up my mind and came away feeling it had been a positive experience.
