We were looking for a second bed due to my husbands SNORING,the assistance we received from Dee and Abs was very good which resulted in us making a purchase ,will definitely return to this store in the future due to the friendliness and customer service we received.

Kelly supported us throughout our time in DReams. It was her first day and we were her first customers, we could not believe she wasn't an experienced sales person. Well done Kelly with the attitude you have and passion you will go very far. Jenny also supported Kelly in the purchasing process and was very patient and also explained everything to us before leaving the shop.

I was approached on walk in. I gave a discrimination of the bed I was looking for and straight away shown to a bed it was perfect. The lady listed to me and really knew her product. I spent £1200.00 with in half hr no messing about. Very happy with this approach

Abs the manager had a good friendly manner and i felt valued as a customer. All the staff were lovely with my ‘very cute daughter’ as they called her.

Not pressured at all had time to choose The only thing I was disappointed with was not dreams fault it was the fact that the day before there were free tempur travel pillows and when we went yesterday they had gone

Wonderful service from friendly first visit with Jennifer. She had superb knowledge of all products and use of bed machine. Super quotes given 2 options and all details and finance amounts. Very clear what to pay. 2nd visit to place order with Dee who carefully and clearly and quickly placed order competently. Very friendly and felt at ease.

We had previously bought a Simba mattress (which was returned due to heat retention issues) and visited other shops (including Benson for Beds). My wife visited the Dreams store in Brierley Hill and had a long conversation with the Sales person (Jag). Jag was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to listen in depth to my wife's requirements and concerns and then helpfully worked through each point to make sure she had what she needed to make a decision. A couple of weeks later I joined my wife back at the store and Jag was there again able to help us choose a new mattress. We were so happy with the service that we decided to buy a brand new bed (divan, mattress and headboard) for the spare room as well. Outstanding customer service and Jag demonstrated a real ability to listen to the customer and advise them rather than be a sales person. Thank you
