It all came down to the sales assistant Jag. He was outstanding. Great service, he listened and heard our concerns and requirements then walked us through our needs rather than his sales patter. He was incredibly knowledgeable and considerate and overall fantastic. We had young kids with us and he and his manager looked out for the kids well. Dreams were by far better than any of their competitors we had visited and we were so impressed we decided to change our spare room bed as well earlier than planned

Your show room assistant Jenny was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she answered all of my questions - helping me to select the bed that would best suit my needs and she did this with a smile.

Manager and the staff (JAG) were very polite, helpful and professional felt very comfortable and staff are very knowledgeable also manager has very good communication skills and excellent customer service

Good service, right product, value for money

Order Ref 086A015823 - visited the Merry Hill store on Thu 14th March and the manager, a gentleman called Abs, could not have been more informative or helpful. We thought we knew what we were looking for - Hypnos mattress/ firm - and he very gently encouraged us to try the mattress machine, to see if a medium would be more suitable (I have lower back and neck pain). Explained how the machine worked, talked us through the results, clarified the differences between spring/ memory foam/ gel etc., encouraged us to take our time testing the options. Also explained how the recycling of old mattresses works, so I knew whether to use this service with yourselves or recycle via a charity shop. Encouraged us to think about it and explained the price comparison offer (my partner was keen to research on the intranet). Went back on Saturday, took order in ten mins. Faultless service - absolutely no hard sell - from someone who is an absolute credit to your brand.

Excellent customer service received from Abs, from arriving in the store until leaving. Abs went out of his way to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the bed we chose and bought. The time given was outstanding. I will be definitely recommending and returning to this store again.

The lady who helped me and my daughter was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. She was not a pushy sales person at all.

Nice to have someone listen and offer us a drink and also not be pushed into anything we weren't sure about
