My assistant in store was named Jag.he was so knowledgeable and very happy to be helping me . he is a superb representative to your store and didn't make me feel rushed in any way . he just made me feel he was happy to help . he explained everything to me clearly and concisely . he made my visit to store a pleasure and I will definitely be recommending dreams brierley hill to my friends and family and I will also be back in store very soon to speak to Jag for his help again thank you

Nothing seemed too much trouble, we were given a lot of choice and all our questions were answered and received a lot more information besides. We were offered a coffee or drink several times and eventually excepted just before ordering and paying. Pleasant experience throughout, would highly recommend Dreams.

My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Dreams. Abs and Jenny are a credit to your company, nothing was too much trouble as we are quite indecisive. They were both so friendly as well as the rest of your team, we loved the complimentary cappuccino and latte accompanied by many laughs. My mom and I have come to a JOINT decision that our experience was a strong 11/10 :) :) :) We will be back very soon!

THE STAFF ABS AND FAYE WHERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELP FULL WITH OUT BEING PUSHY FOR A SALE.(UNLIKE ANOTHER STORE WE VISITED LOCALLY).THE DIFFERENT ITEMS WHERE EXPLAINED TO US AND WE WHERE ENCOURAGED TO TRY MANY DIFFERENT ITEMS FOR COMPARISON.THEY WHERE A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY.THE SALE WAS EXPLAINED WELL AND CONDUCTED EFFICIENTLY.

Staff were pleased to assist us with choosing a specific mattress for back problems. Good range available and product knowledge was excellent. Staff able to refer to personal recommendations.

Faye was very helpful, particularly in answering questions about the ottoman mechanism and how it would work on a larger bed than the display model in store.
