Me and my husband were highly satisfied with our experience as your colleague 'Dee' had so much knowledge to give to us. She advised we did the testing on your electronic bed (fabulous idea). This determined which bed type to consider. She talked us through the options and we lay on each bed. What we also loved is that we weren't pushed into purchasing but to stay and consider her options. the cup of coffee too was a great bonus. Well done Dreams.

Your assistant Dee was. excellent explained all the different makes of beds how the springing was in the different mattress's even looked up on the computer the make and date we bought our last mattress's from the store this was our 4th mattress from your store

The customer service was friendly, but very straight to the point which helped with decision making. The range of products were a lot more than expected which is good. Would go back again for my next purchase.
