I was highly satisfied with my experience with Abs at the brierley hill branch as he covered everything from the very beginning and also took into consideration we had our 3 year old son Ollie with us and nothing was too much trouble when it came to keeping him occupied whilst we searched for a new bed.

The staff at Dreams Brierley Hill were extremely friendly, nothing seemed like too much trouble, Abs in particular really listened to what we needed and we were just so impressed with his professionalism and friendly approach. After spending so much time speaking on the phone to various companies whose customer service was questionable , Abs was like a breath of fresh air and restored out faith in customer service.
