The assistant went over and beyond to help me with my purchase. She spent time showing me different products and explaining the difference between the mattresses. She let me try different options and then gave me time to browse around the store.

Professional service with no pushy sales spiel. The assistant listened to my needs and gave me several options and explained each different type of mattress in detail but in Layman’s terms

From the moment we entered the Brierley Hill store Abs was extremely helpful. He made sure we had time to think about our purchases and also rang through to numerous shops to check display items for one of the beds we wanted. Every question we had was explained really well and allowed us to make an informed choice on our purchases. The discounts and promotions he gave us allowed us to spend our money effectively. Jenny was also extremely helpful and allowed us to try out the mattress we bought. She processed our order and is also enquiring about another item for us. I would definitely recommend a visit to this dreams store for the fantastic staff! The shop was also well heated which made for a lovely escape from the dip chilly weather outside.

Staff gave us time to look around the store alone for a while so that we could browse at leisure without feeling pressured. We were then approached by Faye (sales assistant in Brierley Hill branch), she was friendly and helpful... Listened to our needs and had great product knowledge. She worked with us to get a great deal and ensure that we were satisfied with the product we chose. She gave us good advice and was very accommodating. Other staff in store were also friendly and even entertained our lively 4 year old while we were paying. We are more than happy with our purchase and will return to Dreams with any future business we have as well as recommending Dreams to others.

Our customer advisor Jenny, was extremely helpful and insightful on the knowledge of our need for a new bed. She also makes the best hot chocolate, which also kept my kids happy.

myself and my husband went into our local store for a new mattress not really knowing what we were after. Jennifer who advised us just seemed to know what would be best for us by just asking a few questions. We were so pleased with our purchase and cannot wait for our delivery in just a couple of days.
