After visiting Benson for beds the day previous the whole experience was so much more professional and felt as if I was treated like a customer rather than a chancer. The staff where so very helpful and friendly we received the whole treatment of coffees on arrival and given the right information when it came to selecting a mattress suited to our needs. Bensons for Beds could do with taking a leaf out of Dreams attention to detail.
