Easy process made very straightforward by the well trained staff

Assistant came over to ask if we wanted any information, but didn't hassle us. Just the right balance (for us) of being helpful and not feeling hounded. Assistant was friendly and funny but very informative and was able to answer all our questions. The rest of the team appeared to be similar and it appeared to be a friendly supportive environment with a range of good products.

We spent nearly 2 hours in store, trying to decide on the perfect mattress (& later decided to buy a base and headboard too, so more decisions to ponder!) Nothing was too much trouble for the sales assistants who dealt with us (Mo and Abs), both highly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly (and definitely not pushy!) which we really appreciated.
