The salesman who I dealt with was very helpful. He had a vast knowledge of all the items and was a great help in advising and helping me to find the right product for me.

Staff friendly and helpful. Approached by staff on entry, but not pushy when asked if we needed help and we said no thanks. Allowed to wander round by ourselves. When we needed assistance, very knowledgeable, again advised but not pushy. Didn't push higher priced mattress, although that is what we eventually purchased.

The team were brilliant, helpful from the get go, chatty but not over bearing and showed me the product didn't just point which was great, looked into queries without being asked. Kind and patient and helpful, amazing staff.

Being registered blind I sometimes find large stores overwhelming as I cannot navigate around easily or see exactly what it is I'm trying to purchase. After explaining my position to the Mo the salesman he was more than helpful explaining where things where and what the different colours etc meant. He read out the information on the display board of the bed that we were interested in and made sure I had as much information as someone entering the store filly sighted. Upon deciding which bed and mattress we were going for his manager was just as helpful. Two lovely guys whom made you feel welcomed without pressured. There was a great atmosphere to the store itself.

Very good product knowledge from Mohammed and Abs, my wife is registered blind so we wanted a tv bed so she can see and use a television with ease, Mohammed assisted with helping us select the appropriate product, all questions were answered with great care and attention. Very pleased with the service. Also we are renovating so I was able to book a date that's suited our work schedule. Thanks guys.

Went to the Brierley Hill store and Dee made it very easy. We had a little idea of what we wanted but Dee gave us all the help and advice we needed to make our experience and purchasing as easy as possible. Nothing was too much for her to help us with.

The assistant that dealt with me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products,she didn't rush or pressure us which pleased me.
