Jag was very friendly and helpful in helping us select the right bed and mattress, he had excellent product knowledge and was very good at advising us on what to purchase without putting any pressure on us to buy.

Jenny and Stuart both have given a wonderful and exceptional customer service. I have recommended others and will be coming back for more items very soon.

Staff helpful and polite,asked Mr Abdulla several questions and he was always able to answer.Spent several hours there testing the various mattress with no pressure to purchase, will recommend to family and friends this store.

Advisor was fantastic offered us a drink while we were browsing, gave us space to browse without pressure but then managed to point us in the right direction and answer al queries when asked. Pleasure to do business with unlike your Wednesbury branch which we visited the night before who sat there eating and talking with not even an hello or any attempt to help us.
