The bed measurement device was great,knowledge of the staff was very satisfactory,and helpful.Refreshments were offered and after the results of the bed measurement.The staff guided us through options that were available for us.We had our measured pillows to take around the showroom to test the beds.Highly satisfied with the members of staff who were with us all the time during the test,and would recommend the Dreams Store on Waterfront Way Dudley Brierley Hill to friends and family.

We were met by friendly staff, asked if we needed assistance and to take time and ask for any help and also we were offered a drink, and straight away we decided to just go with the professionals advice and try out the sleep system measurement device. We were interested in a mattress but not decided on the correct one. The experience was strange at first but to get a 3D impression and the results were brilliant.Taking in our type of mattress and then we were shown around the store to test the matressses also included our own pillows which were already measured was great.Will return again to the store in the future.

The staff was very helpful she helped me to find the mattress i was looking for I would recommend anyone to go there as they couldn't have help me more than she did and was pleasant I would definitely go there again if I needed a new mattress again

staff were very helpful but gave us time to try all the beds , then when we had chosen the bed we wanted talk us thought the buying process from deliver of are new mattress to disposal of are old one plus we get a phone call on the day of delivery telling me what time it will arrive well done Dreams

Had great and speedy service from very helpful store assistant. Very prompt and efficient service. Very pleased

All the staff were great - but Jag especially went above that of a sales person , there was no sales pushiness , just very very informative - we actually had a lesson in posterior and help with how to get a good nights sleep !!!

There was a large range of beds and mattresses to choose from. I was left alone to try the mattresses so I didn't feel pressured but as soon as I was ready a lovely sales assistant was there to advise me and take my order. She was friendly and kind and knew what she was doing.
