So today we received the best shopping experience we have ever had. Abs (store manager) was in one word AMAZING!!! He provided lots of information about all products, he showed a range of products across many price ranges. Hot drinks provided, we were given the time and space needed. Abs went above and beyond for us by entertaining our two young children (aged 5 and 2) while we shopped and placed our order. Ours boys adored Abs and found him highly entertaining, we knew our children were safe while we were given time to shop. This is something we have never experienced and we can’t say thank you enough. Our eldest wants to know when we can go back and buy bunk beds from Abs. Thank you also to Jenny who placed our order which she went through throughly several times. We can honestly say that our experience today was an absolute ‘dream’.

We spent a. Dry long time in store making sure we found the perfect mattress that was comfortable for both my husband and myself, baring in mind he suffers with back pain! We were shown the machine which selects a mattress for you, then the colleague led us to the beds that were recommended spending lots of time talking about each mattress. We were then left alone to make a final decision which we appreciated. There was no force selling or anything, we were very happy with the service provided! It would be lovely to win the money back!

We were assisted by Kenny, who suggested an evaluation on the comfort test bed. The recommendations from the printout were accurate, and coupled with Jenny's outstanding product knowledge, greatly assisted our mattress selection. We quicky evaluated the suggestions, and were able to select our perfect mattress. We also chose new pillows to suit our mattress. We were assisted through payment by Dee, who was also very helpful.
