Dreams - Brierley Hill

When I arrived I was greeted with a friendly face and asked if there was anything they could do to help and from then on me and my wife was very much at ease and we found all we needed and was very satisfied with our purchase the man was very nice and sold the beds to us and we now we will get a goodnites sleep Kind regards John Hunter

The Lady whose name was Jennifer was very helpful and as my husband and I are disabled she took time to explain things thoroughly. Our overall visit was very good. We last purchased mattresses from Dreams about 5 years ago but as our health has changed we decided to change to a more suitable mattress.

The sales assistant found me the correct mattress within 30 mins and a bed frame. I was very impressed with the customer service I received.

Staff went out of their way to meet my budget

Had been to a few other stores where the sales people were unbelievably pushy. What a difference at Dreams at Merry Hill. Welcomed into the store after a minute or so and were then left to peruse the items on display. When I was ready, Jenny gave us all the information we required,showing and explaining to us all the alternatives so that an informed decision could be made, offered us a coffee and the let us decide in our own time whether a purchase on the day was to be made. This is why Dreams is the only place to go for beds. Competitively priced, knowledgeable and friendly staff and a well laid out store.

Abs and Jenny were very helpful. They made the daunting prospect of choosing the right matress, from the many on display, very enjoyable.

Jag was very pleasant & polite, he was very knowledgeable about all the beds we looked at and was able to answer all our questions. We’re very satisfied with our experience at Dreams Brierley Hill (this is the first time we have been into a Dreams store) & Jag as well as other staff we met were so friendly & welcoming. Would definately recommend to family & friends.
