Jenny was very friendly and helpful. She listened to my needs and wants for both a bed frame and mattress before advising me appropriately. Talked me through different options and mattresses before allowing me to have time to consult with my partner over the phone. Jenny went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and managed to find a product within my price range. Definitely recommend :)

Very friendly, knowledgeable member of staff. She made us feel at ease. Answered our questions clearly and consisely.

The assistant, Jennifer, was very professional and had a lot of product knowledge. She was very helpful and didn’t put us under any pressure at all, she was very easy to talk to and made us feel at ease.

We had looked everywhere for a bed and couldn’t find one as nice and as good quality that we did in Dreams. It was also made perfect by the outstanding service we received from Abdulla, he was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and was really easy to talk to. He made us laugh and feel at ease, he’s a great member of staff and an asset to you!

From the moment we entered the store we was greeted by a lovely staff member im sure her name was Lauren excellent customer service not over powering like some stores but very attentive helped us make the right choice regarding our bed selection i would absolutely consider this staff member an asset to Dreams.

Our experience was one of the best we have ever received in terms of Customer service, the staff was extremely friendly and the knowledge had us blown away, we would like to say a special thank you to jag who dealt with us and was everything you would want from a salesman told us the truth about products and opened our eyes to how important beds are but even given this there was no pushing of us buying the most expensive, he let us make our mind up in our own time not once did we feel pressured or rushed absolute credit to dreams!
