I cannot praise Jenny and Abs highly for the support they gave me during the purchase of my new bed, they made the whole experience fun and professional - not only did they sell me a fab product at a great price they made me feel like they really cared about my situation. A real pair of gems ♥️ Thank you guys 😘

Abs and Jenny where both so happy, welcoming,professional and very helpful. Jenny makin me the most delicious hot chocolate along with her warm welcoming smile. Abs couldn't of gone through everything better than he did,Making sure I understood what the difference in the matresses was,helping me find me a bed&matress within the budget i had.

I only went in for a mattress protector, but I was given an outstanding service. I was offered a drink, it was very nice too. Jenny even offered me a choice of pillows to go with my purchase. Really friendly staff, a credit to your company!

I was given a warm welcome the lady give a nice hot drink while she showed me round and i went on a bed machine where it showed me what bed i need fantastic idea.also helped me organise delivery i recieve my matress this saturday so looking forward to a good sleep

I was served by Jag at your store in Brierley Hill store number 086, his product knowledge and attention to detail were excellent, and he saved me from making a wrong purchase. After I had explained that I had a terminal illness and needed a mattress that I could use with an electric blanket he stopped me buying the wrong mattress and pointed out a much better option despite the fact that it was cheaper. He also went out of his way to explain to my friend and I the best type of mattress to purchase for her. He also provided us with different types of pillows to test the mattress out. His attention to detail was second to none, and in a day and age when some people simply could not care less his was the exception to the rule. We have made a special point of travelling to this store as it was over 16 miles from where we live based on some of the on-line reviews we had read, and Jag did not let us know. Whilst the mattress is not being delivered until the 18th of October one can only hope it solves some of my problems with regards poor sleep due to my medical condition. So thanks to Jag and his care and understanding.

We experienced fantastic customer service from Jagdeep from Brierley Hill Branch. He was extremely attentive to our needs and was really helpful when deciding what matress we needed. We also ended up buying a bed the same day and this was down to Jag providing us with all the information we needed and discussing all the various options with us. We were particular impressed with how he kept leaving us for short periods of time for us to talk amongst ourselves, we felt at ease and felt he relieved us the best service all the way through. The bed was in stock and the matress and we scheduled delivery within the week. A very warm welcome and very happy with our overall experience of Dreams, this is the first time we have been in the store and we will definately be back in the future. Thank you Dreams and thank you to Jagdeep for a fantastic service!!
