Was greeted on entering store, by Abs, I explained my needs and was led to section required, he was very welcoming and understood exactly what I needed, both he and Jenny were very helpful.

Nice cup of tea and hot chocolate when we entered the building and there was no pressure from the staff, we were asked if we wanted assistance or to be left alone, very good customer service.

The staff couldn't have done anymore for us. We're not the easiest of customers at the best of times and they made sure we got exactly what we wanted for the best price.

Jenny was very friendly as we didn't really know what type of mattress we needed. She listened to our needs showed us some examples and used the mattress machine to give us relevant choices. As we had a number of mattresses to choose from, Jenny let us try each item without being pushy. She was available to answer all queries, offered us refreshment and left us to discuss our options between ourselves, which was just what we needed to arrive at our decision. Once we had decided, Jenny made the ordering painless and straightforward. Jenny made it a very positive experience and we will definitely be coming back to purchase a bed for our son.
