I thought the customer service was excellent. I didn’t know the differences between the beds but knew what I wanted and he was able to provide me with great advice and tips and practical information. The whole experience was a pleasure and took out any stress from my lack of knowledge of the product. Customer service really does play a massive part for me as to where I buy products from and this was an excellent service.

The store was well laid out and the assistant welcomed us and left us alone to wander the store, unpestered. She was definitely 'on the ball' and placed our order speedily; she confirmed the bed frame would be ready for collection the next morning and it was. Very pleased.

I was with my daughter and we both found it easy to find the bed I liked as the staff where great!!

I was made to feel very welcome in the store. The sales people (Jenny and Abs) were able to answer all my questions about the bed and mattress I was interested in. They were not pushy in trying to sell me a bed.

Dee helped me very much an was understanding of my needs but also did the sleepmaster which was great an helped me to decide what i needed which Dee had already guessed found her very knowledgable

We was served by Abs who offered refreshments when approaching us. He shown us a number of beds that we where interested in. We was very greatful with his product knowledge . We where looking at buying from bedson for beds but with Abs's knowledge and understanding in what we wanted we went for yourselves. Thank you very much for our purchase, can't wait for our bed to come now.

The gentleman who dealt with us answered every question I asked and listened to my needs

There was a lot of choice in store. We were helped by the sales assistant Jag who was very knowledgeable and took his time to discuss our options and try beds explaining all their benefits until we felt informed enough to make a decision. He did not rush us and listened to what we wanted.
