The manager approached me first he was very friendly asked what I was looking for showed the what I had originally gone in there for then showed me what my other options was which I chose a alternative it was a little more than I originally wanted to pay but it was better quality he also had another customer waiting which he was dealing with so he asked if I minded if his colleague put the sale through for me which I didn’t mind and his colleague helped me get the mattress in the back of my car

I was greeted at the door by Jag , I explained what I was looking for and he spent a good deal of time and patience helping me , his product knowledge was very good and provided me with very useful tips on posture , but did not pressure me into buying .

We entered the store and were greeted by Abs he introduced himself offered us drinks. We were out at ease and went through all different features of the beds headboards duvans available. The customer journey from start to finish was flawless. No time wasting going above and beyond he went into the back checking availability nothing was too much... Excellent informative positive customer service.... flawless

Our advisor Abs was brilliant he spoke to us about our needs remaining interested throughout and very knowledgable. He placed us on the dream machine which was brilliant and then spent time with us looking at all of the mattresses suggested. We had taken our children with us and he was brilliant with them too. It was a very relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience and we are happy with the products we have brought. We will definately be returning in the future.

The staff were friendly and efficient but not pushy.They offered us assistance and professional advice when appropriate whilst also giving us the space and time we needed to make an informed choice.
