Dreams - Brierley Hill

Found that the showroom had a good choice of beds and was very clean and tidy. Was confusing when looking at all the beds but Faye your assistant was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and was a pleasure to be serviced by Faye.

The staff took time to understand our needs and requirements. We were able to try many different mattresses and use the dreams mattress checker to find the right ones in our comfort and pressure requirements. There was no pressure of time constraints.

Had a great time not laugh in a long time so much had tiers rolling it was great. two of your delivery men came in! the one he was some thing else he was so funny he made me cry full of joke good joke great jokes thanks guys xxx

Staff were extremely helpful and were able to give me fantastic deal. They explained the different types of mattress in order for me to make an informed decision. Also had a very chipper delivery driver telling jokes making the visit an extremely enjoyable and useful experience. I'll certainly be coming back

We were assisted by Jagdeep at Brierley Hill store and this was our second trip there. Both times Jagdeep has assisted us and both times we have experienced amazing service, exceptional expertise, drinks, advice, nothing was too much trouble. Even our 2 boys thoroughly enjoyed the experience!! We recommended Jagdeep to our friends who also attended to make a purchase. I can offer nothing but praise for the store including other members of staff who were also extremely welcoming. Great job!!

DANIEL, despite being a new employee he was very attentive to our needs and even swayed us to the bed matching machine that we had not noticed in store. he was very polite at all times and made our a shopping experience a very happy one. I wish for you to thank this young man again for us.

We received helpful, friendly service without feeling pressured into a sale. Product that we purchased was just what we were after.

Excellent staff not pushy gave us time and space to look around,kept check on us to make sure we were okay. Asked us if we would like to try the unit they had to check for the type of mattress that would best suit us. Nothing was too much trouble for them a really great staff all round.
