We were greeted by Jenny who listened to our requirements and took us straight to the mattress we eventually bought although she directed us to others. We felt she had understood our needs instantly. We were not hurried and allowed to try as many mattresses as we wished to and she checked on us occasionally and offered helpful tips. Her product knowledge and experience was excellent. We had not really thought of spending what seems to us such a large amount of money but we are not worried about it as it seems such a good choice. We also purchased the mattress protector on her advice.

The staff were extremely knowledgeable, and spent time discussing my needs for my neck realignment, even though I was only purchasing a pillow. My daughter had purchased a bed from the store recently and recommended that I try it.

Dan (who assisted me) was extremely helpful From the instant I walked into the shop , he was at hand to talk me through what they had in store, and what I would have to wait for he also provided beverages, as it was an extremely hot day. Overall, the shopping experience was very good due to Dan's knowledge and customer service
