Both Jag and Dee went above and beyond in helping us choose the right mattress. jag was extremely knowledgeable about the tempur mattresses and guided us to the right one for our requirements. Dee managed to keep my unruly 1 year old and 6 year old in check by giving them colouring activities to do. We bought our tv bed from dreams around four years ago and received excellent service so it was pretty much a no brainer to go back to Dreams to buy our new mattress. We ended up buying a storage box ottoman too as the products you have are second to none. Thank you to both Jag and Dee!

Jag found products that only suited our needs so that we didn't look through lots of things we didn't want. He went through all the different types of mattresses and showed us examples of what we were then interested in starting with lower prices first and always gave us options. The free products we got were great. Service was quick and stress free.

I was very happy with the service that was provided by Abs and Jennifer, we received excellent customer service from both members of staff, they gave us so much information on all products and were very patient, we only went in to buy one bed, but placed order for two, we will be going in again to place another order for another bed as have decided to change all the beds and mattresses. I have recommended my parents to go to the show room as they are looking to buying some beds.

Faye was very welcoming, she had a good knowledge of the products that we were interested in. She was very patient and helpful recommending a number of mattresses to try. She listened to our requirements and we were very happy with the service she gave us.

The manager was very helpful he was lovely nothing was to much trouble!! Because of him i will definately be going back to that store his staff are very welcoming!!

When we arrived in store, we were met by a very pleasant member of staff who showed us around the store. Then she left us to have a look ourselves. When we decided what we wanted, we went back to her and she was able to complete the sale very pleasantly.
