The showroom was well presented and the beds displayed nicely and accessible for us to try them out. The staff were friendly and very helpful as and when needed and not pushy sales people, giving impartial advice on our options and choices.

The Sales Assistant's product knowledge was very thorough and enabled us to make the right choice of mattress. We thought we knew which mattress we wanted from looking at the website, but having compared a few similar products, we made a different choice which was much better than our intended purchase.

The staff were very helpful without being pushy and suggested the mattress for my needs having a hip replacement next week and worked out the best value deal that would allow me to receive my bed Saturday

We went to your Dudley store and had excellent service from your assistant called Jag. He was bothe knowledgable and efficient and very pleasant..

The technical advice and information we were given on the products were excellent, the sales advisor did not "crowd" us but was available at all times to assist and answer any questions we had, in all it was a vey enjoyable buying experience.
