Dreams - Brierley Hill

We first visited the Oldbury branch and kept looking at the different mattress, we were both drawn to the Therapur Actigel Plus. Two weeks later we decided to go to the Brierley Hill seen the mattress again tried it out and fell in love and the helpful sales lady Heather was very patient she left us alone to have our private talk and next thing we knew we had brougt the mattress.

Good service excellent knowledge and advanced technology

The store colleague Jennifer was very knowledgeable regarding the products and attentive to our needs. She offered us the bed testing machine to aid us in our choice of mattresses. She was very friendly and put us at easy and nothing was too much trouble for her and she help us choose the perfect product to suit our needs. We were offered drinks and the store had a nice feel about and there was a good rapport between colleagues and customers.. Top marks for customer service. Thank you!

We were incredibly impressed with the service we received during our recent visit. We came in knowing the sort of thing we wanted and everything we were shown was relevant and highly respectful of our budget etc. We never once felt we were being sold over and above what we wanted, yet the meticulous care and information re. the science behind products was second to none. We brought our 2 children with us and the manager wasn't remotely phased by our 3 year old's liveliness. He set challenges for him around the showroom and even asked him to help make a sofa bed! I can honestly say our visit to Dreams Brierly Hill was less stressful than some play dates I've been on...! Best customer service we've had in any store, anywhere. Would recommend without hesitation.
