The salesman (Jag) was very knowledgeable about the product we were interested in. He was extremely pleasant and we didn't feel pressured into making a purchase. We were impressed with the amount of choice of beds on offer and were encouraged to take our time making the right decision. We came to the store looking for a mattress for ourselves, and ended up with a complete new Tempur bed, pillows etc AND our son and daughter-in-law also purchased a Tempur mattress and another lesser mattress and bedding too! They were also impressed with the salesman's knowledge of this product. Overall we are all very happy.

Staff were excellent in customer service and sales. Jenny and Abs could not fault them.

Because the store manager and sales assistant were really nice nothing was too much trouble .There were also very nice asking us if would like refreshments and talking through different products manager especially very helpful and all staff had smiles .

Staff were all friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful but also gave us enough space so that we didn't feel pressured and we could take our time to decide on what to purchase but we're quick to help as soon as we looked like we had questions

I brought my bed from dreams at Brierley Hill store by merry hill centre I thought abs and Dee was brilliant and had fantastic customer service me and my partner walked in An we were seen straight away with a friendly approach and manner. Assistance was offered and advice given but I was also given time and space to think about my options without feeling pressured to buy anything. The staff were very knowlegable and helpful. Good advice and recommendations were given and help to find a good deal

Offered drinks, given lots of information, nothing was too much trouble. All of the staff were very friendly.
