Was greeted with friendly staff member who immediately offered us a drink and was very helpful explaining the different types of mattresses and we never felt like we were being pressured into buying. Great knowledge and very helpful staff

We were looking for a mattress and there was a wide variety to choose from. We were able to try them all out before deciding. Also, the sales assistant, Dee, was very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly and made the whole experience very pleasant indeed. We were very happy with our purchase and our visit to Dreams.

The manager and Jack were really helpful. Their approach has been very professional and very friendly. I received warm welcome. Actually I have been a Dreams Dudley branch since 2008 and will continue shopping there whenever I need anything found in their shop. I have been to other bedroom furniture but Dudley Dreams’ service is second to none.

From the moment we walked into the store we were helped by Sam. Even down to pointing out the lift for me to use to get up to the first floor. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bed we purchased for our daughter and about the mattress that we purchased for ourselves.

Sam was extremely polite and understood what I wanted in a bed and took plenty time to explain it to me in terms I understand.

The member of staff was clearly very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the range clearly. He was friendly and helpful throughout.
