ABS/the store manager is outstanding and this reflects in the positive ,happy attitude of the Store staff. We are having problems with Dreams over the 8 year guarantee of our TV Bed interegal cabling and speakers however because of ABS we had no hesitation in returning to the Brierley Hill Store to purchase our grandson's bed for him. The whole experience was one of wanting to please and ensure we got what we really wanted despite a moody 10 year old. All 4 of us were delighted with the exceptional service.

Upon entering the store we were treated by abs and offered a drink. He was very friendly and went above and beyond to explain everything to us.

We walked into the store and was straight away welcomed by Jagdeep. We told him what we wanted and he sorted us out no problems. He told us all about mattresses, beds and the best way to lie in bed. Very knowledgeable. When the bed was delivered, i believe from my text that it was delivered by Stephen and his colleague. They were superb, they took so much care and it was such a hot day for them to be moving beds around. Very hard working and polite. I really am impressed with my experience with this company. I just wondered one thing and that was why you don't sell top sheets and v-shaped pillows.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. They gave us various options to consider for our purchase and told us all the additional items available, but did not pressure us in any way to make a purchase. Once we had chosen what we wanted they processed our order quickly and efficiently, with clear explanations of all our items/prices and payment options. Overall, our experience in store was very positive and we would have no hesitation using the store again.
