We were not rushed in any way to make a purchase. Dee, the assistant gave us at least 5-10 minutes on each of the mattresses we were enquiringly about she said “you need to give yourself time to get comfortable” which was a massive factor in why we purchased on that day.

Faye was very helpful and explained To us whatever we wanted to no about the kind of bed whe were interested in ☺☺☺☺

Samantha approached us without pressure and helped us perfectly with our enquiry, and we thoroughly enjoyed the excellent coffee she provided while attending to us.

The Assistant Sanantha was very professional I already seen a mattress in another company in merry hill, how ever Sam was very professional and made me great offers and was excellent

I visited the shop to purchase a particular item. The assistant showed me the bed and supplied a pillow to test it with my wife

When visiting the store, I had my 4 year old son and 4 month old baby with me. From the moment I went in to leaving the store both manager abs and colleague jag were very polite, friendly and helped me with choosing the correct bed. Manager abs also kept my 4 year old son entertained with colouring and talking to him whilst jag served me, which was very helpful! A lovely store and friendly nice helpful staff! Will recommend and use again
