Dreams - Brierley Hill

Helpful staff enabled me to find the bed I was looking for at the right price. Store was clean and tidy with all the products accessible and easy to view.

Throughout our visit to the Brierley Hill store we were most impressed with the welcome and help we received from the staff and the range of the products on show.

Jenny and abs really assisted us (total of 2 visit) both had loads of knowledge. Both approchable and friendly. Not pushy and offered a wide range of choice so we could make the correct decision. Very satisfied! Credit to your team!

Your assistance named Jenny made us feel at home explaining in detail how the mattresses are made up and what you get for the money. A complimentary drink was also offered and taken on a cold morning.

Acknowleged on entrance to store., offered refreshment straight away as weather was rather cold. We were then asked what we required, whether we wished to just look around(which was all we did intend to do) or needed help straight away, then we were left to wander and discover what was in stock, but as soon as we needed help Jenny was available. Understood our problems and pointed us towards what she thought would answer our needs. Most important to us was the fact that we were not hassled but allowed to make our decisions at our own pace. Every thing was explained to us, and if the bed is as good as the service we received, we will be very happy for the next eight years.

Abs was brilliant at the store we have used him before and his customer service and knowledge is second to none

I spoke to Ab's the Manager he was very helpful knowledgeable and pleasant. Is knowledge was very useful as I was uncertain what exactly I needed or if Dream could help but by the time I left I believe I had what I needed and left feeling confident I had.
