Well laid out store. Easy to identify different types of beds. Pricing was clear. Staff were friendly and offered good advice for when the product is delivered.

I purchased my new mattress accompanied by my 6 year old daughter, Jessica. Dee and the girls looked after her as much as they looked after me! When we left she said "Dreams is my favourite shop in the world! Even better than Smyths and Toys'r'us!" I don't think its possible to get a more honest and positive appraisal than that! Well done!

Really pleased with the service we had from Faye , excellent product knowledge which as there are so many different types of mattress these days , was very helpful . Was nice to be left to look around at leisure and not be pestered as in so many stores , but knowing there was help there when needed .

We received fantastic customer service from Jenny who spent a lot of time with us making sure we were happy with our purchase. Her product knowledge was so reassuring from beds to pillows to accessories. The personalised touch of explaining the options we had and sitting down to understand our needs definitely made the difference. From the moment we entered the store she came over herself without us having to get the staff’s attention. She also offered us coffee which was a really nice touch and made us feel right at home. The Manager Abs also came over and spoke to us and made us feel so welcome and valued as customers. He had a great rapport and optimistic attitude. You could really sense a good team spirit and positivity amongst the team as they were all smiling and highly professional. Our experience today was just fantastic and we wanted to say a Big thank you to especially Jenny and the team for their brilliant support today and we will definitely be recommending Dreams to our friends and family! We look forward to the delivery of our new bed and thank you again!

Abs and Jenny were very friendly to us when we walk in offered us a drink and said if we needed any assitants to let them know so we could look round without any pressure. Then when we need help they where there to explain the difference tin the mattresses .

The assistant had a very good knowledge of the product, there was no hard sell and we were given time to check out other stores before we made up our minds, we found the quality of Dreams mattresses to be far better than the competitors.
