Jenny was extremely helpful in assisting us find the perfect product for us she assisted us with pointing us in the direction of the software that detects which mattress is best for us and showed us the mattresses that were a match. Jenny was very friendly and helpful and had extensive knowledge of importance of a good mattress, bed structure and pillows for musculoskeletal issues. Could not have been more happier.

We were made very welcome in the store and having used the test bed and given some recommendations, we were left to spend time testing the different beds at our own pace. We felt under no pressure, but the fact that Jennifer was there for reference should we need it was comforting.

A good, clean environment and sales staff who are not pushy is always a good start. I thought the system for determining what type of mattress would be suitable was excellent (apart from the slightly patronising spiel). The salesman then showed me a wide choice of options based on the results and his suggestions mainly coincided with what I already had in mind. He also pointed out valid alternatives and provided reasoned arguments as to their benefits but did not push me into going for a particular choice, whether it was more or less expensive. Overall, very happy, The only reason I gave a low score for recommendation is because that's something I never do.

The store was well stocked and set out, clean and tidy. We got instant help and support theoughout the process and good advice.

The assistant, Jennie, was very helpful with what I wanted. Being disabled and 'ancient', she realised my problem.

We were greeted by a lady names Heather who was very pleasant and helpful and when I told her I was looking for a 400i adjustable bed and a mattress that was compatible with it she advised that I go on the Sleepmotion machine which is where you lie on the bed and the computer takes a few minutes to work out the best bed to match your requirements then prints onscreen a list of mattresses from which you are advised to choose. Heather then asked if would like a hot or cold drink before leading us to the various beds to try. She was very patient and made sure I tried as many different types of beds until I found one that I was happy with. She even moves a mattrees from one bed to another for me. I diceided to go for the Hyde and seek Raspberry in a firm but I have got a forty day window in witch to change my mind if I need to. All in all I found Heather to be very heplful and knowadgable in her job
