ABS was very polite and helpful. He was very good with my children, which was great. The range and quality of products is very good. This is my second visit, i will definitely be back.

Members of staff were very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. They were available to offer assistance without being pushy.

The customer assistant was very knowledgeable and gave us help and advice on every price range and possible combination. He backed up all his advice with facts but at no time did he ever force an opinion on us, he gave the facts and prices and we made the decisions which we believe were best for us. Fantastic! he needs a raise.

Sam the assistance was very helpful on the two occasions we attended the store, wasn't "pushy "the first time, then very helpful the second time guiding us with what we required

We walked into the store to look for a new mattress, an assistant came to us and asked if we needed help and explained all the different types of mattresses to us and then got us a coffee and left us to try out the mattresses on our own and then came back to assist with our purchase once we had decided. This is just the right kind of assistance we required.

Faye, the assistant, was knowledgeable, very helpful but not aggressively selling the product, allowing us time to consider our decision.

When we entered the store we were greeted with smiles from the staff asked if we needed assistance, which was accepted. Samantha was the sales person who we dealt with, first off she asked us if we wanted a drink, after getting us a drink she told us about items we were looking to buy she seemed very knowledgeable about the products. She had a very pleasant attitude which went a long way to making us decide to purchase. I also spoke with the manager and another member of staff, and again it was a very pleasant experience, both were polite and helpful towards us. Would have no hesitation in recommending this store to any of my family or friends when they are looking to purchase new beds.

The salesman who looked after me was named Abs and he was absolutely fantastic! Made me feel at ease and relaxed . Even though my purchase was not of the greatest value he spent time with me and was very welcoming ! 10 out of 10 .. couldnt of asked for more and probably wouldnt have even made a purchase if it wasnt for his attention to detail and friendly approach with no pressure. Excellent service all round !
