I was approached immediately for assistance for what I wanted, I was taken to the tempur experience and helped throughout my decision and made me feel at ease with the purchase, we had two hyper active children with us and a member of staff made me and my partner a coffee and took the children to a desk to draw, allowing us to deal with what we wanted and to go through the purchase, there was a little delay but this was through no fault of the staff but the system working slowly to process my information, very happy with what I received but was slightly disappointed I didn't receive a discount or deal despite the amount I spent.

Staff were available and ready to help, polite and knowledgable.

The staff were very helpful from arrival to store to placing order, particularly Jenny who explained the different types of mattressess. Staff were not pushy and allowed us to discuss our options between ourselves.

It was easy to pick a bed but didn't no about mattress and the lady helped big time.

Jag was friendly but not overly so. He was attentive, friendly, knowlegable and not pushy. By listening to our needs Jag guided us to the matress that we purchased. Dreams showroom and product range was helpful and the prices competative.

Sam was very friendly and helpful. She explained all about the different options available and showed us examples of the options.
