Dreams - Brierley Hill

Having been to the oldbury store previously, the Brierley hill store wins hands down. The colleagues at B.H were friendly, knowledge helpful and didn't seem as an act unlike the other store. Was firstly greeted by the manager Abs, who asked if we knew about the different mattresses and also explained in depth including the colour coded beds and firmness rating. We made our purchase with Jenny who was happy to serve us and was most helpful. She also was very knowledgeable about the product's and got our order through quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend the Brierley Hill store again!

I came in looking for a metal frame bed. Teenage daughter wouldn't budge but Faye showed her the most popular bed for her age group with storage! She loved it!

The individual that dealt with us that day, Sam, was excellent. She really allowed us and guided us through the range, understood our needs and was able to home in on what suited us best. The only issue with the whole experience was a slight wait at the end of the process as there were only three terminals and an unusually high volume of bed purchasing traffic. So not really avoidable.

We decided it was about time we had a new mattress and the adverts on TV at the time made us think we should give Dreams a try. We had not been in the very busy store very long at all before being approached by a gentleman who I believe was the store manager who offered us a good morning and an offer of a cup of coffee which was a nice welcome. We turned the coffee down decided to look around on our own initially trying out various mattresses. Having asked for a bit more info on a couple of them we spoke to Jenny who on finding out which type we were after pointed out more similar ones and was very helpful indeed and indeed with another offer of coffee we accepted this time we narrowed our choice to just two. Jenny left us to it which was no problem at all as the shop was filling up at the time with more potential customers. We made our decision and headed to the desk to advise Jenny of our choice and ask details regarding availability and delivery times. She did this very quickly and efficiently and we were sorted paid for delivery arranged nice and quickly bearing in mind it was such a busy time. She even laughed at my joke about my old memory foam pillow having amnesia!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. When giving us our quote, they added in everything we asked and ensured we knew of at extras that we may have needed.
