This is the 2nd time we have got our bed and mattress from dreams.We have been really pleased with the overall experience from ordering the bed and having it all these yrs so when we wanted a new 1 there was only 1 place we were going to get our new bed from dreams and we always will .

We had already purchased a bed before from your store and had been highly satisfied with it so when the mattress needed up grading we decided to return to your store.

Received at the store with friendly courteous manner and our needs assessed and dealt with straight away (even had a cuppa).

The staff at the Brierley Hill branch are friendly and professional with a manner which puts you straight at ease.

Was given very helpful advice and able to take the mattress with us there and then.. (rolled mattress).

Sales Assistant had very good product knowledge and was not "pushy", gave us time to try different beds, even made us a cup of coffee.

TBH I wasn't looking to buy that day just a factfinding visit. But Faye, was so knowledegable. Able to answer my niggles (moving child from single to double) understood my worries as a parent. Advised a pefect solution in a low down floating type of bed. Mattress ext comfortable. Will never go anywhere else but hope Faye is in store when we do! First rate assistance which is so rare these days. Thank you Faye!
