Dee the lady who helped us choose our bed was very professional with an excellent knowledge of the products to suit our needs. We could not have a better friendlier person real great customer service.

Jenny in store was fantastic help from start to finish and was extremely knowledgeable when advising on what we needed.

Abs greeted us on arrival, directed us to the products we could choose from then left us to have a good look and decide what would work for us. He then went through the mattresses and whether they were available in a small double size. He was very knowledgeable but wasn't pushy to get a sale. We were very happy with the all round service and a delivery slot before Christmas

Our assistant, Sam Beddow was charming and knowledgeable. Sam did not push and answered all our questions with humour and patience. I wish all store assistants were as good!

Abs was absolutely excellent during our 2 visits to the store. We are first time buyers and our first visit was just to browse. He understood and took the time to explain all types of bed and which type would be best for us. We specifically went back to see Abs because of how well we were treated during our initial visit. He was professional and friendly throughout both visits and we would not hesitate to recommend Abs or Dreams to friends or family.

As we entered the store all members of staff were dealing with other customers so we walked around looking at the beds. As soon as he had finished with the customer he was talking to The staff member (Jag) came straight over to my husband and myself and asked if we knew what we were looking for. He then asked us about our sleeping habits and advised us on the different options available to us for our specific needs. Jag was well informed on product knowledge and made our purchase visit a pleasant experience. A very polite young man.

Guidance advice and time spent with the stores sales assistance Jenny who identified what we were looking for from the tension to size & style which couldn't of been more exact once received the product it is the most comfortable product l couldn't of asked for anything better l will definaty recommend Dreams to anyone l know to review your amazing products and such value for money
