Faye,Was a brilliant colleague She so nice,friendly ,helpful and gave her own options on the mattress and beds.She offered tea or coffee with biscuits,she gave us discounts and Half price of the items , she so wonderfully.Faye showed us the different types of bed and mattress and different types of bed/Frames.Such a lovly person to talk to Thank you xx

When I entered the store the greeting was friendly. The colleague understood exactly what I wanted and allowed me to try as many mattresses as I required. I was informed about the different types, springs and materials and the comfort exchange. I was given a tea in a proper mug, not a polythene cup. We only progressed to the sale when I was satisfied this was the mattress I wanted. The paper work was all explained to me and I only signed when I was satisfied. The whole experience was most agreeable.

No pressure sales, great advice when requested.

WE ONLY WENT IN TO HAVE A LOOK, WE WERE NOT PRESSURED INTO BUYING OR TRYING OUT BEDS. THE KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTS WAS BERY GOOD AS I SUFFER FROM LOWER BACK PAIN SO THE OBSERVATION ON HOW I LAY OR SAT ON A BED WAS RELAYED TO ME. ATTENTION TO WHAT I SAID WAS TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT AND WE WERE ALLOWED TIME TO MAKE OUR OWN DECISIONS AND THE HOSPITALITY WAS GREAT WITH DRINKABLE DRINKS OFFERED. I HAD TO POP BACK A FEW DAYS LATER AND AGAIN TREATED WITH RESPECT AND DEALT WITH QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. I LIKE THE TEAM WORK THAT I SAW THAT DEMONSTRATED GOOD STAFF TRAINING AND MORAL, ABS EVEN TOOK TIME OUT TO HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH MY 10 YEAR OLD FIFA LOVING SON. OVERALL A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE/AFTERNOON
